003 James Gordon

#003 James Gordon - Flat foot beat cop Lieutenant who later becomes top cop for Gotham City. One of the last honest cop in the police force, which doesn’t make him terribly popular with his coworkers. Also trying to raise a family in this cease pool of a city is a real worry, but the Batman waging his crusade on crime is the only thing giving him hope. Which is why he secretly aids this masked outlaw to see that justice is done.
