Rejected submission for the Udon Darkstalkers Tribute.

Huitzil and Cecil (also known as Phobos in Japan). I actually wanted to try someone I didn't really know from the series and who I could find very little art for. I like his shoulder designs, reminds me of Giant Robo the Animation.
